candidate for victoria
Jessica is a qualified business woman who has worked in the tourism sector for over 19 years. She is a working mother of 4 and has been a Neutral Bay resident for 16 years.
Jessica has been the Chairperson of a local preschool in Mosman 2013-2015.
She currently co-chairs the North Sydney Council Neutral Bay Precinct Committee (since 2012); and is an active volunteer at her children’s schools. Jessica’s involvement in local sporting groups includes managing her daughter’s netball team and son’s soccer and hockey teams, all local clubs.
Jessica graduated with a BA in Tourism Management from The University of Technology, Sydney and also holds a Diploma in Social Studies from Oxford University. Her career includes roles in private and public sector tourism organisations, both within Australia and overseas.
Jessica’s motivation to head the CommUnity 1st ticket as the mayoral candidate emanates from frustration at the lack of leadership being shown by the elected Council and the resultant lack of action on important issues. Her focus is on families, specifically on good amenities and a safer community, particularly on our roads.
